today I watched a criminal minds where in the end it was revealed a local politician/ real estate magnate was responsible for a home invasion/murder as a way to drive down property values in a neighborhood, and I saw aloud to myself “well thats a predatory business practice for sure” and then I LOL’d at my own pun.
